What does the PASSPORT ticket include?
Passport tickets include 1-time access to each attraction.
Should I purchase admission for a child under 3?
Children under 3 years old have free admission. Both babies and children must be accompanied by an adult to access attractions.
Where can I find park opening hours?

Can tickets be purchased at the box office?
Tickets are available at the box office and can be purchased on the day of admission.
Are there lockers in the park?
Lockers are located near the box office and at Katopia Splash Park.
What are the opening hours for the Katopia Splash and Soft play?
Katopia Soft Play is open from 10:00 to 18:00. Last entry is at 16:30. Katopia Splash Park is open from 12:00 to 18:00 in low season and from10:00 to 18:00 in high season, with last entry at 16:30 in both cases.
Is park admission included with my hotel stay?
When you stay with us, you receive our Play Pass wristband with unlimited access to selected attractions. You can upgrade to a Play Pass Gold for unlimited access to all our attractions. Please check the terms and conditions: [email protected].
Which attractions are not included with my hotel stay?
Expedition Golf and Steambot Laser Challenge are not included in the Play Pass.

You can smoke at the Park in designated areas
What can I do if do not receive confirmation mail?
Don’t worry. It could take up to 5 hours. Should you not receive it in this time, we would recommend that you check your inbox for spam. Also check if the payment went through.

Is necessary to print e-tickets?
There is no need to print. You can present your email confirmation directly at the box office and collect your wristband

Of course, all promotions are available at the box office and can be purchased the same day you come to enjoy our park.

Yes, we have lockers in the park to leave your belongings at different locations. Near the box office and in the Katopia Splash Park
