May I bring food and drink into the park?
For the health and safety of our guests and team members, outside food and beverage is not permitted within the park. We apologize for any inconvenience. Enjoy fun dining experiences and our delicious food and beverage offerings available throughout the park. Park access is free of charge. A wristband must be purchased to experience park attractions.
What if I don’t receive a confirmation email?
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 5 hours of purchasing your tickets online, please check your spam folder and confirm that your payment went through. If you have any issues after following these steps, contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at 971 13 46 60
What does the PASSPORT ticket include?
Passport tickets include 1-time access to each attraction.
Do I need to reserve a specific date?
It is not necessary to reserve a specific date. Special conditions may apply to special offers or events.
Should I purchase admission for a child under 3?
Children under 3 years old have free admission. Both babies and children must be accompanied by an adult to access attractions.

Can tickets be purchased at the box office?
All promotions are available at the box office and can be purchased on the day of admission.
Are there lockers in the park?
Lockers are located near the box office and at Katopia Splash Park.
What are the opening hours for the Katopia Splash and Soft play?
Katopia Soft Play is open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Last entry is at 5:00 pm. Katopia Splash Park is open from 12:00 pm to 6 pm. Last entry is at 5:00 pm.
Is park admission included with my hotel stay?
When you stay with us, you receive our special Play Pass wristband with access to select attractions. Upgrade to Play Pass Gold for only 10 euros per person for admission to all attractions.
Which attractions are not included with my hotel stay?
Expedition Golf and Steambot Laser Challenge are not included in the Play Pass.
Can you smoke at the Park?
You can smoke at the Park in designated areas
Is it allowed the Access to the park with drinks and food?
Sorry for the inconvenience, due to health & safety reasons, it’s not allowed to bring food or drinks from outside. You can enjoy our tasty food and fun bites at the park.
Access to the Park is free, but remember you must wear a wristband to access the attractions.
What can I do if do not receive confirmation mail?
Don’t worry. It could take up to 5 hours. Should you not receive it in this time, we would recommend that you check your inbox for spam. Also check if the payment went through.

There is no need to print. You can present your email confirmation directly at the box office and collect your wristband

Of course, all promotions are available at the box office and can be purchased the same day you come to enjoy our park.

Yes, we have lockers in the park to leave your belongings at different locations. Near the box office and in the Katopia Splash Park
What are the opening hours for the Splash and Soft play?
Our Katlantis attracions are open 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (last entry 5:00 pm)
Splash open 12:00 am to 6 pm (last entry 5:00 pm)
Is the entrance to the park included with the stay at the hotel?
When you stay with us, you receive our special Play Pass wristband that will give you access to a selection of attractions. If you wish, you can upgrade to Play Pass Gold to access to all attractions for an additional cost of 10 euros per person.
What attractions are not included with the hotel stay?
The attractions not included are Expedition Golf and Steambot Laser Challenge.
